Across the U.S., millions of high school seniors are eagerly awaiting their college acceptance notices (think big envelopes, not thin ones!). A more fun alternative is to apply to Sandcastle University. The Somerset on Grace Bay, set to open June 1, 2006, is officially announcing "The Somerset Sandcastle University." A faculty of Somerset professors, all trained by South Florida's famed sand sculptor and Guinness world record holder Mark Mason, will lead private or group seminars on the intricacies of "sandcastle-ology."  "The Somerset Sandcastle University" is available to all guests for supervised children's activities, team building, family fun and more simply, vacationer bragging rights.
