­One of my New Year’s resolutions is to add more color to my house. I'm too chicken to ever invest in big, bold, patterned curtains or a couch, but I am leaning towards more pattern on smaller pieces of furniture. I love the look of this ikat upholstered chair from Neiman Marcus, called the Cadet Chair. It is bold without being overpowering and will look great in a bedroom or a living room.
