This new hotel, just one year old, is owned by the Irish Patricia O'Shea who grew up in Buenos Aires and her British music producer husband, Tom Rixton. The couple created a hotel that is cozy and funky, with just 18 rooms. Home is located in the Palermo Viejo neighbourhood, which has been described as Buenos Aires' answer to  Notting Hill.
